What is Barside Bites?
Barside Bites is a marketplace built for pop-up food nights. Bars host events on slow nights or special occasions; food vendors apply to serve, from food trucks to restaurant pop-ups, without long-term commitments.
Vendors browse open events, submit applications, and get matched with venues that fit their style. Bars review applicants, accept a vendor, and move through contracts and confirmations in one workflow.
After the event, the platform helps manage operations end to end: revenue reporting, admin approval, and payouts, so both sides can focus on the experience, not the paperwork.
